ABOUT JUSTINE
My career has taken me from law and business ownership to football, property, consultancy and board leadership, giving me a broad understanding of what it really takes to run, grow and develop a business. I’m a hands-on business consultant and I love getting under the skin of an organisation, understanding what is working, what isn’t and where the opportunities lie. That might mean increasing sales, developing a new market, improving marketing or branding, dealing with people issues, strengthening processes or simply helping a business owner work out what comes next. Having built and sold my own award-winning business, worked at board level in Scottish football and supported businesses across a wide range of sectors, I bring both commercial experience and a very practical approach. For me, it is always about adding value and making a genuine difference.

How I Work
Practical, commercial and hands-on
I don’t believe in standing on the sidelines and simply telling a business what it should do. I work alongside you and your team to understand what is really going on, identify what needs to change and help turn ideas into action. Whether that’s increasing sales, finding new opportunities, improving marketing, dealing with people issues or simply working out what needs to happen next, I get involved and help make it happen.

Every business is different. I start by listening, asking questions and understanding your business, your people and what you want to achieve — as well as what might be getting in the way.
Find the Opportunity
I have a commercial eye and I'm always looking for where the opportunities lie — whether that's new customers, new markets, better ways of working or something within the business that simply needs to change.
Roll up my Sleeves
I'm not a consultant who hands over a report and disappears. If something needs doing, I'll get involved and help do it — from developing the strategy to making the calls, opening doors and helping put it into practice.
